Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Free Outbound Shipping: We proudly offer free shipping on our products to deliver them to you. However, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Standard Returns: For standard-sized items, a return shipping and handling fee of $4.99 USD will be deducted from your final refund, or charged when we provide your return label.

  • Bulk & Large Volume Items: For oversized, heavy, or large volume products, the return shipping cost cannot be fixed at $4.99 USD. Instead, the cost will be calculated based on the actual current rates of the shipping courier company. This actual carrier cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Tracking Requirement: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a valid tracking number is mandatory to process any refund.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged from transport. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same model, please email us at [Info@campivo.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
